Arvidsjaur Flygplats AB began its flight operations in 1990. In september 2010 we celebrate 20 years of growth.

At the beginning of the 90´s our airport staff served around 6.000 passengers per annum. The number of passengers has now grown 10 times within the past 20 years. At the moment we are about 30 employees serving most kinds of aircrafts, crew, cargo and about 60.000 passengers.

The airport is developing and in recent years new buildings have been constructed. All constructions are made by local entrepreneurs to.

Arvidsjaur Flygplats AB owes the buildings around the airport and we share the space with some other companies.

At the moment there is one carrier operating our domestic flights to and from Stockholm/Arlanda 4 times a day on a yearly basis. During winter season we handle International flights that operates through Arvidsjaur from November until April approx 6 times a week. Destinations and airports are for e.g. Munchen, Stuttgart, Frankfurt-Hahn and Hanover.

We offer all passengers a safe and personal service. As passenger you are able to enjoy the silence or buy a drink and have something to eat in our restaurant.

The airport building carries access to Wireless internet for those who bring their lap tops. Arvidsjaur Flygplats AB and its employees carries all together a long and broad experience in handling aircrafts and services.
